These terms are written for the website as it works today. They will be updated as new features, such as accounts or online payment, are introduced.

What this website does

Floruvi's website lets you browse fresh produce, build a basket, and send an availability & delivery enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding order, collect payment, or reserve produce — it asks the farm to review your request and get in touch with you directly to confirm availability, pricing & delivery before anything is agreed.

References to “checkout,” “order,” or “cart” on this website describe that enquiry process, not an automated purchase. A sale is only confirmed once the farm has contacted you and you have both agreed on the produce, price & delivery.

No customer accounts

The current website does not require or offer a customer account. Your basket & wishlist are stored in your browser only, and are not linked to your identity until you choose to submit an enquiry with your contact details.

Produce, pricing & availability

We describe produce, pack sizes & prices as accurately as we can, but fresh produce is seasonal and availability can change quickly. Prices shown are in the currency of the country version you are browsing and can change without notice until an order is confirmed directly with you. A price shown on the website is not a binding offer — it is confirmed when the farm responds to your enquiry.

Photos are representative of the produce & pack sizes described, but natural variation in size, colour & shape should be expected.

Delivery

Delivery areas, schedules & charges are confirmed with you directly once an enquiry is reviewed, and can vary by location. Submitting an enquiry from a particular country or city version of this website is not a guarantee that delivery is available there.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with the farm once your order is confirmed. We do not collect payment through this website, and we do not offer cash on delivery. Accepted payment methods are shared with you when your order is confirmed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — for example, by submitting false contact details, attempting to disrupt the site, or using automated tools to scrape or spam the enquiry form. We may decline to respond to, or fulfil, a request that appears abusive, fraudulent, or outside a delivery area we serve.

Content & intellectual property

The text, photography, illustrations & design on this website belong to Floruvi or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without asking first. Recipe suggestions are provided for inspiration & general guidance, not professional dietary or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

We take care to describe produce & information accurately, but the website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Floruvi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, delays in response, or changes in produce availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
